About the Association
Purpose
The purpose of the Association is, among other things, "to act for its membership in any business matters with the town officials; to pass rules and regulations having to do with protecting property against fire hazards; to dispose of
garbage; to enhance the natural beauty of the Point; to cooperate with town officials in the matters
of parking cars at the Point and policing of the Point; to secure the services of one or more
Cottage Inspectors; and to perform any and all other acts, services, and functions which are not
contrary to the laws of the State of Maine."
Joining the Association
If you own property on the Point you may join the association as a member. Associate members need not own property. For more information and dues payment instructions download this document.
